Dishwasher / Prep Cook

Responsibilities:

- Janitorial Duties

- Washing all dishes, pots, and pans – using the dishwashing machine

- Cleaning restrooms, walls, sinks, toilets, emptying trash, soap, tissue, seat covers

- Sweeping & mopping floors of the entire restaurant/kitchen, including the patio area

- Help set up and break down patio furniture

- Keeping the entire restaurant clean and tidy

- Take out trash throughout the day and recyclables

- Clean out the grease trap

- Clean out all floor drains

- Clean walk-in and organize fridge/freezers / Mop Daily

- Clean filters on all refrigeration / Ice Machine

- Wash all server trays and sanitation buckets at the end of the day

- Restocking all sanitation stations


This role will include basic food prep duties, putting away deliveries, and organizing storage space. Therefore, you must be able to carry at least 50 lbs.


The above are the primary responsibilities of this position. However, you will be asked to help in other areas of the business if and when it is busy. You must be a team player willing to help whenever and wherever necessary. You need to be self-motivated and always looking to clean anything and everything.


Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Shift: 8-hour shift. Evening/Night shifts

Experience:

Dishwashing: 5 years (Required)

Food Prep: 5 years (Required)


License/Certification:Food Handler Certification

Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (California)
