Experienced Bartender / Server

We seek an experienced bartender/server with a positive attitude and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a great personality, detail orientated and a team player. Beer knowledge is a must with interest in European beers in particular British and Belgian beers. We seek a professional with a warm and welcoming demeanor. A smile-first, friendly, outgoing, and reliable hospitality professional who can become an outstanding member of our current team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and passionate about who we are and what we have to offer. Creating memorable experiences for our guests is a must.

Responsibilities

-Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

-Converse about the beers we have on tap

-Upsell all food and beer products

-Greet members in a friendly and courteous manner

-Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders

-Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately

-Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely fashion

-Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

-Ensure guests feel welcome at the restaurant

-Build a rapport with guests to create a positive atmosphere.

-Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and attending to their needs throughout their visit. Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

-Comply with all food and beverage regulations

-Clean and prepare the dining areas

-Ensure the bar/server section is always organized, stocked, and clean

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Local Minimum

Expected hours: 25-30 per week

Shift: 5-7 Hour shifts, both AM / PM

Requirements:

Minimum restaurant experience of 10 years

Minimum bartending/serving experience of 10 years

Minimum POS experience of 7 years

Nights & Weekend availability

Holiday availability

License/Certification:ABC/RBS

Food Handler Certification

Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (California)
